Why we need LarKC
This pages doesn't strictly cover one of the TechnologyTopics, but has various literature pointers, so here it is anyway:
The paper that started the whole thing: IEEE-IC07.pdf
Mind the Web, a well written response to the previous paper, saying many things better than we said them: MindTheWeb.pdf
(This is an informal copy, the author's copy has vanished off the Web).Open World Science. I only understand a small part of this paper ("In the Open World Science paradigm, scientific models are known to be acting with incomplete information. Open World models acknowledge their incompleteness, and respond positively when new information becomes available."), but I don't get where the quantum physics comes in. However, HamishCunningham finds it very inspirational, so it can't be all wrong
quantum-informatics-and-open-world-science.pdf The Sensor Web could well have been a LarKC use-case (or perhaps it will be some day?) sensorweb.ppt
