Discussion
- How do we know what relations/properties should we use in order to derive keywords?
- Know the ontology in advance
- alternative: use LLD where they map things through UMLS types and relations. Assume the set of relevant relations and search for them in LLD and see the mappings of those to other ontologies, eg. SNOMED, FMA, etc.
- Current version of IRIS doesn't support recursion which is needed to support the execution of some rules to derive keywords (Iker to check this)
- IRIS plug-in will be based on v2.0 of the platform
- How to derive keywords using multiple ontologies? We need to use
- Christophe, Iker to check how to transform triples into facts to be used by IRIS.
