Raluca: these three tests are the following:

I have varied the snp ids and i have just used breast and lung and cancer as keywords
Mark: there are five scores for SNPs: 0.1, 0.3, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8.
Raluca will send the script for automatic test.
Mark will send the script for picking up SNPs randomly from the list.
Zhisheng will provide a set of SPARQL queries with the extended keywords with the combinations of different parameters, so that those SPARQL queries can be posted to the GWAS identifier directly.
Sheffield, Softgress and Amsterdam will take each disease for the experiments.
Softgress: Breast cancer
Sheffield: Prostate Cancer
Amsterdam: Type 2 Diabetes
