Task 1: plan for researcher exchange LarkcProject/WP8/ExchangePlan
- WHO: UIBK, VUA, USFD, WICI, MPG, HLRS, Cefriel.
- WHAT: Present a plan for an exchange of at least 2 researchers with others institution in the project. The best case should be that you come with an already settled agreement. Otherwise if you have problem to find partners for exchange, please send us a list of interested people and relative interests and we will do our best to match requesters and providers. Keep in mind that the plan is to send at least 2 researcher to visit another partner before the end of the project. Exchanges should last between 2 weeks and 2 months and costs are covered by sending institution.
- DEADLINE: 1st of March.
Task 2: List of PhD students DoctoralConsortium
- WHO: UIBK, VUA, USFD, WICI, MPG, HLRS, Cefriel
- WHAT: Collect a list of all the PhD students involved in project and send it to Zhisheng.
- DEADLINE: 18th May.
- Task 3: Organization of 1st Early Adopters Workshop in Crete and Trial day during Milano meeting
- WHO: ALL Interested Partners.
WHAT: Provide attendance information for the workshop, so that we can decide about tutors and workshop organization and set up a phone call. Add your name here: ?1stEarlyAdoptersWorkshop.
