- Resolve semantic annotation and LLD tasks with WP7a
- Find corpora for evaluation and training, esp disease and anatomy
- For the GWA experiment we need to:
- LLD loading - some of the additional data sources specific to GWA
- MEDLINE annotation - make a start on a portion, with a small number of data sources
- Experiments
- Baseline experiment using presence / absence of keywords in structured data sources
- Next experiment using presence / absence of keywords in linked references
- Then look at presence / absence of concepts, and at documents retrieved using semantic annotation
- At some point: finish CoW with querying over MEDLINE, using:
A standard ?PubMed search
- A semantic search
- Matching the above to LarKC plugins
