?LinkedLifeData is platform to enable semantic data integration in early clinical and drug development process. Pathway and Interaction Knowledge Base is ontology hosted by ?LinkedLifeData (however the platform usability is not limited only to the selected data sources). The prototype application is available at:

LifeSKIM demo service
LifeSKIM is commercial product of Ontotext. It automates the semantic annotations process of unstructured document. Our high-level plans are to run LifeSKIM application on top of ?LinkedLifeData and enrich the existing resources with information as result of information extraction. The prototype application is available at:
