Discussion:

• Emanuele was in Vienna for the very successful ?OneSpace workshop and met interesting people and groups in the area

  • They proposed us to join them to co-organize a workshop at WWW 2009 (deadline for workshop proposal: Friday 10th)
  • Emanuele's proposal is to join them in order to stay connected with the community
  • ACTION ITEM: Emanuele asks Frank if it is ok and it is the right moment to organize a workshop; otherwise, we can wait for another geo-informatics conference
• presentation for Stuttgart workshop (15 minutes in plenary workshop)

  • we will present the consortium a subset of the slides for ?OneSpace workshop ([http://emanueledellavalle.org/blog/2008/09/28/challenging-the-internet-of-the-future-with-urban-computing/]), in particular:

    • scenario and storyboard
    • requirements
    • available data (adding some example of data)
  • we will also add the forthcoming activities with deliverable and some news of what we did till now with papers and deliverable
  • ACTION ITEM: Emanuele to circulate a draft of the presentation by Thursday; everybody to comment that draft
• specific WP6 meeting in Stuttgart
  • at M9 we will have to deliver D6.2 Templates-of-periodic-report-on-data-and-performances: we need to discuss what we want to do for it (and for the following deliverables that will contain the reports)

  • we don't have to give now the reports, but to decide the methods and criteria to collect and measure data and performances (e.g., speed, reasoning capability, ...)

  • Kono proposes to present a scenario/storyboard, to come up with the components and to discuss the need for ontologies, artifacts, etc.
• meeting together with WP5
  • we will have a joint meeting between WP5 (platform) and WP6-7a-7b (use cases) on Tuesday morning
  • we are asked to participate to give requirements
  • ACTION ITEM: on Monday we can use the buffer time to brainstorm a bit before the meeting
