• Thursday 24.09.2009 (14:00-15:30)

  • 14:00-14:30 (incl. ppt + discussion) - Distribution and remote execution implementation (COMPS,…) (Alexey, Distribution_LarKC_AHM_Berlin_2009.09.25.ppt)

  • 14:30-14:45 Discussion on data streaming using the new data layer approach + distributed approach
  • 14:45-15:00 Agreement on scalability definition and analysis as in D5.3.2 (Please, have a look at the document before the meeting. We will not re-start discussion, but just agree on the content!)
  • 15:00-15:30 - Platform additional support: Plug-ins state management, Event handling framework, multiplexers (joint/split connectors) (ALL) (@Mick: you mentioned you had some ideas about the state mgmt, could you present them here?)
    • Note that the design and implementation of the multiplexer (as well as other additional components in the platform) may be influenced by the re-organization of the architecture due to the distribution and remote execution integration.

  • 09:30-10:00 - Platform additional support (cont. from Thursday). Identification of new requirements from Wed. cross-WP session.
  • 10:00-10:30 - Refinement of plug-in API design (with more finer grained interfaces). Identification of new requirements from Wed. cross-WP session
  • 10:30-11:00 - Agreement on timeline for next prototype releases. See First draft below (coarse-grained)
  • 11:00-11:30 - AOB

• WP5 management of non-functional properties (UIBK) => Session Alignment on Strategic Issues

• Sourceforge management (ticketing system, licensing header script,…) and usage of the new development environment (Alexey) => look for a slot in a plenary session to present all partners?

• Timeline for next prototype releases (first draft. Coarse-grained, some dates to be completed. To be agreed during the meeting in Berlin)
