Developers meeting (Teleconference)

Agenda:

• Review current API code and description in wiki for alignment of terminology (with input from Naso/Hamish) - Barry, Mick
• Status of API V0.2 (Including Anytime behaviour and initial set of QoS and functional parameters)
• Status of the LarKC Cyc platform (Remove proprietary jar files from Cyc platform) - Luka
• Material for discussion in WP5 joint sessions:
  • Discussion with WP2, 3, 4: QoS-plugin; API for non java programmers;
  • Discussion with WP6, 7: QoS-user; Mapping storyboards
• Presentation WP5 plenary session
• AOB

  • currently working on it.
• Status of API V0.2 (Including Anytime behaviour and initial set of QoS and functional parameters)
  • anytime behaviours would require some changes for managing the threads,... Wrap the components. Also synchronization issues. V0.2 ready to demonstrate in the web demo. Use threads locking queu for that.
  • uml diagrams and other documentation to be updated in wiki (Barry, Mick) also as content for the WP5 plenary presentation. To be finalized by Friday. To be agreed during Monday morning WP5 session.
• Status of the LarKC Cyc platform (Remove proprietary jar files from Cyc platform) - Luka
  • working on it. On Friday Luka will send an email updating on the status.
• Material for discussion in WP5 joint sessions
  • Discussion with WP2, 3, 4: QoS-plugin, API for non java programmers;
    • AP: Georgina to prepare QoS material (Sunday 12 Oct)
    • AP: Mick to prepare API for non java programmers (Sunday 12 Oct). AP: Luka to support him with slides on meta-reasoner (Thursday 9 Oct). 1 General slide for plenary and 2-3 for the joint session
  • Discussion with WP6, 7: QoS-user, Mapping storyboards.
    • AP: Georgina to prepare QoS material (Sunday 12 Oct)
    • AP: Luka to prepare mapping with WP6 (Sunday 12 Oct)
    • WP7 storyboards, look at wiki.
  • AP: Georgina Provide them with links to the wiki with relevant info for the joint sessions.
• Presentation WP5 plenary session
  • Skeleton prepared by Georgina

  • AP: Georgina to distribute skeleton to WP5 list 20081013_WP5_Plenary_V0.1.ppt

  • AP: Luka and Mick to complete presentation with details on demos
  • Demos will be recorded and a video of the demos showed in the plenary session. Wifi coverage is probably not good in the plenary meeting room.
