List of Deliverables
Recommendations from the Task Force on late deliverables:
- Measure 1: maintain on the Wiki a life table of all deliverables (see below) which contains for each deliverables a pointer to the current draft of the document. This will provide a monitoring tool both for project management and for colleagues in other WPs.
- Measure 2: if there is reasonable doubt about quality or timeliness of a deliverable (e.g. based on past performance or rate of progress), the project management (work-package leadership, or technical or project management) can shift forward the delivery date and review process forward by 1 or 2 months, in order to create the necessary time for updates to be performed after the quality review cycle.
