3.1. Actions from previous meetings

• ACTION: Mick prepare invitation text and email to Luka - DONE

• ACTION: Everyone to send email addresses (projects and people) to Luka - DONE (Michael Witbrok to send list of people)

• ACTION: Eyal to send email to larkc-all asking for more suggestions for people or projects to invite - CARRIED

• ACTION: Luka to coordinate the sending of the invitation emails - CARRIED - will do mailing lists first

• ACTION: Barry to check if we have any flyers/leaflets that could be included - this week, send invitations first

• ACTION: Barry to update/synchronise earlyadopters.larkc.eu and wiki.larkc.eu - carried, => larkc.eu/earlyadopters

• ACTION: Barry to report on how many already registered via the website - CARRIED

• ACTION: Barry to ask Zhisheng for input/suggestions (PION reasoner) - DONE

3.2. Status of hands-on scenarios

• Georgina: Urban LarKC
  • Discussed content in WP6/WP7 telco
  • Might have some downloaded maps
  • Data is licensed

    • ACTION' Barry - collect name/address/email information from registration form and inform attendees in registration form

  • Select plug-ins - do they exist? Without them there is no hands-on

    • ACTION: Georgina to chase Angus

  • Task - program a more intelligent decider
    • Replace plug-ins during runtime (meta-reasoning)
  • Have a pipeline working

    • ACTION: Georgina to expand on intelligent decider

• Blaz: GATE + CyC
  • News articles instead of medical data
  • Extract company data

  • ACTION: Blaz - ensure all plug-ins are implemented

  • ACTION: Blaz - more interesting queries

• Barry: Rule-based reasoner
  • Wraps existing plug-in
  • Shows RDF/RDFS/L2 inference
• DIG wrapper from Zhisheng

  • ACTION: Frank to check with Zhisheng if he could have something available

• What should be in it? Feedback on workshop and feedback on LarKC itself

• Frank: Distributed/high performance - not yet, but very soon, can we cover this in the workshop?

  • DECISION: Reduce plug-in/pipeline and data model presentations

  • ACTION: Frank to check with Eyal if he could prepare a 15 min presentation/video about distributed execution and running LarKC on a cluster

• Georgina: Code repository - decision needs input from whole consortium

  • Note: Must bring LarKC source code archive!

• 27th April at 11:30 CET on skype (Barry will start the call)

• ACTION: Barry - urban larkc data is licensed - arrange to collect names/addresses/email/etc from workshop registration form and inform attendees
