COMMENTS and ADDITIONAL NOTES ·
- Naso: “There are other quantitative analysis of the market (besides Mills Davis)”
- Naso: “One category is missing: semantic data integration (like for example in the life science area) or data warehousing/business intelligence”
Naso&Yi: “Not all categories are really meaningful to be monitored; maybe some of them on the other hand can be interesting for more than one partner”
- Armando: “The final decision about the meaningful applications to be monitored could be taken after entering the new entries into the blog in the next two months. We’ll have to rank all the proposed applications”
Naso: “We also should perform a cross-industry analysis --> e.g. we have some idea and analysis of the potentials of applying semantic technologies to life science”
- Naso: “We should make a list of semantic technology providers and assign them to categories (those companies can be chosen among the sponsors of the various semantic conferences over the last years)”
